Sioux Falls Man Sentenced to 5 Years in Federal Prison for Possessing an Unregistered Firearm
United States Attorney Ron Parsons announced today that U.S. District Court Judge Camela C. Theeler has sentenced a Sioux Falls, South Dakota, man convicted of Possession of an Unregistered Firearm. The sentencing took place on February 23, 2026.
